Terms of Service
Please read these terms carefully before booking your stay with us.
1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing our website and booking a stay at Sunshine Homestay, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.
2. Booking and Reservations
All bookings are subject to availability. A reservation is only confirmed once full payment or a required deposit has been received and acknowledged by us.
- Check-in time is from 2:00 PM onwards.
- Check-out time is strictly 11:00 AM.
- Valid government-issued ID is required for all guests at check-in.
3. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations made 7 days or more prior to the check-in date will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 7 days of the check-in date are subject to a 50% cancellation fee. No-shows will be charged the full amount of the reservation.
4. Guest Conduct
Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful manner. Any behavior that disrupts the peace and comfort of other guests or neighbors may result in immediate eviction without a refund. Parties and events are strictly prohibited unless prior written consent is obtained.
5. Damages
Guests are liable for any damages to the property, furnishings, or equipment caused by their negligence or that of their visitors. We reserve the right to charge the guest's payment method for the cost of repairs or replacements.
